Normal Guarantee Period
We guarantee our work for ONE(1) YEAR from date of
completion against water leakage to the treated area.

Extended Guarantee (Max 5 Years)
We can extend the guarantee of our work in addition
to our Normal Guarantee Period. Please contact us to
explore more.

Transferable Guarantee
We guarantee our work for ONE(1) YEAR from date of
completion against water leakage to the treated area.

Terms & Conditions
This warranty will only be valid upon receipt of full
payment with in the due date.

To effect this "transferable guarantee" the NEW
OWNER must advise Unity Leakage Specialist of the
ownership title change and within 60 days of such
title transfer.

The NEW OWNER must, in writing notify and receive
a conformation of receiving same from Unity Leakage
Specialist, forward to Unity Leakage Specialist
his/her/their correct name, mailing address, phone
number, a copy of the original work order and date of
title transfer - failure to comply and advise Unity
Leakage Specialist within a 60 day time frame of the
title transfer will void this transferable guarantee.
